Shed them pounds!

So I'm a little embarrassed to write this post. I decided that I would share with you my ever excruciating month of me trying to loose weight. I'm going to share with you my weight that I started at and the weight that I am currently at within the month.  I feel like this post could potentially help people to be more active and think about your longtime health instead of what you want at the moment. Yes, I have definitely had my struggle of punching those hamburgers, french fries and candy away to loose weight and have had a poor attitude some of the time, but then I look at it in a better light and think to myself, this is really going to help my life out for the better and if I continue to do this that I will live a long and healthy life, which I hope most of you want as well. Alright the moment of truth..... October 1, 2011 was the first day that I did a weigh in and the first day of me working out and eating right, I weighed in at a whopping 150lbs which is really hard for me to say because that is the most that I have ever weighed! I totally was not expecting to weight that much but after I began thinking about it I had been eating out religiously, probably like 3-4 times a week and I hadn't worked since about February of this year.....Ahhh I know, I'm so embarrassed! I'm still a little hesitant to share my weight right now but I feel great about myself. As of this date November 9, 2011 I weigh....138lbs although I still have a few more pounds to loose till I'm at my goal weight which is 130lbs I feel absolutely accomplished! There is no better way to describe how I feel at this moment with it only being a little over a month and I have already lost 12lbs! Even though I do have to go through some tough workouts and don't get to eat as much as I would like to, I wouldn't have it any other way. I am so great full that I have the strength to be able to workout like I do and the good health that I will continue to have.  I know I said this in my last post about being healthy but I really want to encourage everyone who is reading this right now to just be active for at least 30 minutes a day and choose wisely with the foods that you eat. I'm telling you, it has been the best attitude booster I have ever had! I hope that my story can help many of you out there because working out really does make a difference:)
