Take a Dirty Pitcha fo me....

I know what you are thinking, two posts in one day....seriously!? Yes well, I was browsing through the photos on my computer just barely to have found some seriously funny pictures of my best peeps and myself. I don't know what it is about photo booth on a mac but everyone that uses my computer must find their way onto it! Pay back....beotches:) This is definitely going to be an overload of pictures but who cares right?

Tomato Challenge

Thanks to my sister for helping me out a little through this weight loss program. She referred me to this awesome website here where you it gives you some amazing home workouts, and healthy/yummy recipes. I've been pretty into this website lately mainly because of the recipes most of them are so easy and are really healthy for you. It gives challenges that you can follow to better your health, and even gives you tips on you cheat when you can eat anything you want basically! It's amazing to say the least. Right now I'm following their "Tomato Challenge" for the week which is basically where you include at least one tomato for every meal you consume in a week. This one is good for me because I absolutely love tomatos:) Here are some things that I have already ate this in the past 3 days and some that I will be trying out for the rest of the week.
 It really sucks because tomato sandwiches are my favorite, but obviously the bread is a bad deal! I told my self I could only have 2 of these this week:( But it's okay. For this healthy Lunch I use one whole, sliced tomato on toasted wheat bread. I use about 1tbsp of mayo, and a dash of salt and pepper.
Obviously my breakfasts don't look this pretty. For breakfast this morning I had 3 egg whites with chopped tomatoes and cilantro, minus the bagel in the picture. This meal is only about 60 calories which is amazing!
I can't wait to test these puppies out! This is Baked Parmesan Tomatoes, which is basically just sliced tomato, with Parmesan cheese and a little bit of olive oil. This is a side dish so with my real meal and have these as an appetizer.
And last but not least for a snack during the day, a whole tomato! I love to eat these like an apple. I know that sounds a little gross but I LOVE tomatoes....I guess I take after my wonderful mother:)

I be workin' up a sweat!

At the start of October I set a goal for myself that I, Andi Nicholes, would try to loose 15-20 pounds by the beginning of December, which means I have to loose 2-3 pounds a week. I know this is a very extreme goal but it's working out for the best, so far! I'm obviously a week and 4 days into my hard core, fat burning work out and I am proud to say I have already lost 4 pounds! Yaaah me! Well here are a few things that I have got myself into for loosing 4 pounds in just over a week, and more:)
 Alright, all I have to say is this lady is a BEAST! Although she is a freaking Sargent her work outs are so fun! I always feel so accomplished when I can get through at least 30 minutes of her videos:)
 I eat a lot of these bad boys. Eating healthier is a major key in this equation. Let's just say I wasn't being nice to my poor little body before. Haha. I have never really like the term "dieting" but I am basically under a pretty strict rule where I can only intake about 1300 calories per day, which is cutting down 700 calories from the typical 2000 calories the human is suppose to have per day.
 I run like a saint now. This is basically my most favorite thing to do is run. I'm so glad my cute little mom has one of these or else I would die! In order to loose the weight I have to burn at least 300 calories every time I run, and I usually just run for about 20-30 minutes every time.
And.... Water! I think this has been the most hard factor for me in this process. I was definitely a soda girl before I started working out, which is really bad cause I would rarely drink water. Now, I drink  about 3-4 full water bottles a day or more. Besides the fact that I have to freaking pee every 5 minutes, It's also FREE! 

From me just working out for 30 minutes each day has really had such a great impact on my body, health, and attitude. I didn't want to do this just because I wanted to loose weight but ultimately because I wasn't healthy at all and that's exactly what my life style needed, don't get me wrong I love shedding the weight! I feel like my attitude is much better towards people and I actually feel great in general. I encourage all of you to start being active for at least 30 minutes each day...You will definitely see a difference!

Dreaming, Hoping and Wishing

Okay, as I sit here bored out of my mind since my husband works his little tooshie off all day and I basically don't work at my job very often, which leaves a lot of down time for me to do whatever I feel like. Mostly I just sit there and feel depressed that I am completely alone (Joke). Haha I find myself wondering onto websites finding things that I would love to have. Whelp, here is a reality check as these thoughts come to mind.
1. These things will definitely never be in my posession
2. It may take maybe umm, lets see 20 years for me to have these 
3. My husband might not approve of these things and think I'm CRAZY!
Ahhh but what the heck a person can dream though, right?!

 Ah, one of these cute bundles of joy! I'm so baby hungry it's ridiculous. I wish my husband would give me a baby RIGHT NOW! Soon though:) Haha I find my self looking up baby names basically everyday, I know I'm a freak.
 It's a shame that the closest Forever 21 is 3 hours away, I think I would spend every waking hour in this place if Cedar City had one (not a chance in H-E Double Hockey Sticks would they ever) which blows! My life would be complete but not my wallet!
 Only to dream to have a cute little house like this some day. I think the only reason why I'm wishing upon a house right now is because we live in a tiny apartment and our neighbors are so freaking rude and bang on the walls every time our TV is too loud, we vacuum, when we even talk slightly loud ect. It's annoying to say the least. Come on people! Isn't this house just to die for though?
Oh this is something I would love snap my fingers and have right now! A new 2012 Nissan Maxima. Isn't it a beaut? If only I could pull 30 grand out of my butt;)
Well I could go on and on about how sexy this man is but I'm sure you don't want to hear it! If I could just wish to meet Johnny Depp, I think I would be the happiest person on the earth... Seriously I have the biggest celebrity crush on him! If only....
And of course last but not least money. None of this would ever happen unless I had a stack of Benjamins! Which obviously I don't have. I guess I should wish for this first so I can have all;)

I guess all I can do is JUST KEEP WISHING!
